If you have another floor to go you can follow the same steps in the same order.

Pull the e thernet cable to its destination and you re set.
Strip the wires and attach them to the wall jack or run them to the device.
Run the cable back to your primary ethernet port drilling holes as needed to pass it through the floor or through walls and stapling it to wall or floor joists as necessary with wire staples.
For the horizontal portion of the cable run this can involve drilling holes in the joists where the cable will pass.
Using a coat hanger i was able to thread the ethernet cable through the space and over to another small hole in the ceiling where i was able to continue the path down the far wall.
Use the electric tape to fasten the e thernet wire to your coat hanger and pull it through the wall.
After drilling down from the floor above i cut a small hole in the ceiling to find the hole inside the wall from the floor above.
It is possible if you can get through walls.
Run wire through hole.
Feed the wire through the back of the outlet box insert the box in the wall and mount it in place.

Hurry to the next floor now and drill a hole in the bottom wall.
When adding or replacing wiring in finished walls most electricians will attempt to make the horizontal portion of the cable run in the unfinished attic or basement crawlspace areas looping the cable down or up through the wall cavity across the floor or ceiling joists then vertically through another stud cavity to the next wall box opening.
You could use powerline adaptors to run your ethernet over the mains power cables saves running cable at all.
