If your awning legs extend to the ground don t worry about the awning falling off the combination of spring tension in the roller tube and the legs.

Remove the main bolts that hold the top of the awning to the side of the rv.
Once the awning is in place make sure the lower section of the legs are locked in so you don t have to worry about it falling.
You can replace awning fabric by removing the roller and spring sliding on the new fabric and then reassembling the awning.
There should be 2 on each side of the awning 4 in total.

To remove the awning you ll need to take out the bolts holding the awning to the rv and the ones holding the fabric to the track so you can slide the fabric out.
Replace the awning on the rv with your helpers lift the arms of the awning against the rv walking the awning in slowly as someone feeds the fabric back into the channel.
